Cancellation Policy / Changes:

Cancellations or changes for parties under 10 may be made up to 24 hours prior to your cruise departure, without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours or “no showing” on your cruise date, will result in a full charge.

To cancel or make changes to your reservation, please call 983-STAR (7827), using your confirmation number as reference.

Check-in:

If you are driving to Wai’anae Boat Harbor on your own, please check in 10 minutes prior to your cruise departure. If you arrive earlier, you may not see the Hoku Nai’a at the dock; it only docks for pick-up and drop-off of guests. Please call us at 983-STAR (7827) if you do not see our crew. Cruise Route:

The Captain reserves the right to alter the route depending on sea conditions and reported location of dolphin pods.

Price and contents subject to change. Tax is 4.712% excise tax and 3% harbor fee.

Force Majeure:

Star of Honolulu Cruises & Events shall not be liable for any delays or failure in performance or interruption of its services resulting directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, Acts of God and of war, strikes, adverse weather which curtails vessel operations, labor disputes, explosions, governmental order, regulations, failure of machinery, dry dock, dry dock delays, or other unexpected events prohibiting services. In no event shall Star of Honolulu Cruises & Events be liable to Tour Operator or Party for the loss of profit or for other similar or dissimilar collateral or consequential damages whether based on breach of contract warranty, or otherwise.
